The Traverse City House of Prayer is made up of a unified group of believers from many Christian churches. We are committed to ministering corporately to the Lord through contemporary worship music partnered with prayer.
We are not a church, but are a para-church ministry, not affiliated with any church, and are directed by lay leaders. We seek to bring all believers together for additional times of worshipping our Lord and to pray for revival of our city, state, nation and the world. The Traverse City House of Prayer is not a substitute for church and we encourage all those who attend the Traverse City House of Prayer to be involved in a local Christian church of their choice, and to be in a place of accountability and service with a local church family
Psalms 27:4: One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek, that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in His temple
